  • Tomatoes
  • Fresh basil
  • Mozzarella
  • Fresh garlic
  • Extra virgin olive oil


  • Add Kosher salt, chopped basil, fresh garlic, and olive oil in mortar and pestle. Lightly press all ingredients together.
  • Add mozzarella, chopped tomatoes, and basil olive oil in bowl, then stir.
  • Serve in a martini glass as an appetizer, or as a main dish.
