- Fresh basil
- Fresh garlic
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Add Kosher salt, chopped basil, fresh garlic, and olive oil in mortar and pestle. Lightly press all ingredients together.
- Add mozzarella, chopped tomatoes, and basil olive oil in bowl, then stir.
- Serve in a martini glass as an appetizer, or as a main dish.
