Which Program is Right for You?

Entry-level jobs require a strong skill set and hands-on foundation with a diploma program. The additional courses and experience of a specialized associate degree can add to your marketability. The specialized culinary arts degree program is also ideal if you want to become a Certified Culinarian by the American Culinary Federation.

  • Baking and Pastry: Our diploma program is the fast route to your new career. You could start working in just 10 months, plus earn baking and pastry certifications. Our specialized degree program can increase your marketability, and give you a competitive edge when applying for baking and pastry jobs.
  • Culinary Arts: With KTI’s specialized degree program, you’ll learn both culinary and baking and pastry arts skills, upping your hirability factor and giving you more options when looking for a job. You can also become a Certified Culinarian by the American Culinary Federation.
