Do you have a deep-rooted desire to help other people, and a strong interest in medicine and technology? Then train for a rewarding allied health career. Allied health is one of the fastest growing career fields, with both full-time and part-time positions.

With KTI’s allied health training programs, you’ll learn to administer injections and other clinical procedures, medical terminology, basic lab test responsibilities, and administrative tasks. Our direct, onsite experience in the medical field will prepare you for certifications and registrations. You could begin assisting medical practices and caring for others in just 10 to 18 months!

Which Program is Right for You?

Entry-level medical jobs require a strong, hands-on foundation with a diploma program. The additional courses and experience of a specialized associate degree can add to your marketability. KTI’s specialized degree programs prepare you for continued medical schooling as well as a number of rewarding jobs in hospitals and private practices.

  • Health Information Technology: If you like working with computers and compiling and analyzing data, then a career in health information technology is a good fit for you. With a specialized degree you can even prepare for your certification as Certified Professional Coder.
  • Medical Assistant: Do you excel at assisting and caring for others? The best medical assistants do this while helping physicians and nurses, and performing clerical work. Start working faster with a medical assistant diploma, or increase your marketability with the certifications you’ll train for during the specialized medical assistant degree program.
  • Sterile Processing Technician: Sterile processing technicians work behind the scenes at hospitals and doctors’ offices, making sure all equipment is safe and sterile. If you like handling and inspecting equipment and evaluating health information, then this is the career for you.
What’s your future?
KTI’s allied health programs provide training for these careers and more.
